Enrollment Procedure for SY-2024-2025
College and Senior HS students, both existing and new, are now able to enroll online by following these procedure:
- Fill out the registration form.
- Students will receive a notification in their registered email or messenger.
- Pay fees at the school cashier or through GCash/bank transfer. Send a copy of proof of payment to College Admin Officer.
- Upon confirmation, students will receive Registration Form in person or in their email or messenger.
Admission to The Fisher Valley College is open to all students who meet its academic standards and who agree to abide by its policies, rules and regulations. The act of enrollment confirms the fact that they have so agreed.
Who Cannot Enroll?
As a general rule, the following students are ineligible for admission:
1. those without an honorable dismissal certificate or who have been refused admission in other schools for reason of academic deficiencies or discipline,
2. those previously admitted to the College but have been expelled or excluded there from for disciplinary and/or academic reasons,
3. those suffering from highly infectious or communicable diseases and mental disorder, and
4. those transferring from private schools with neither government permit nor recognition.
Pre-Schoolers
- Copy of PSA or NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Report Card (for transferees)
- Recent Photography (2 pcs. 2×2 and 2 pcs. 1×1)
- Kinder 1 must be 4 years old
- Kinder 2 must be 5 years old
Grades 1 to 10
- Copy of PSA or NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Report Card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Recent Photography (2 pcs. 2×2 and 2 pcs. 1×1)
- ESC ID Number Certification (for ESC grantee transferees)
Grades 11 to 12
- Copy of PSA or NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Report Card / Form 137
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Recent Photography (2 pcs. 2×2 and 2 pcs. 1×1)
- NCAE Result
- Certificate of Junior High School Completion (for Grade 11)
- ESC ID Number Certification (for ESC grantees)
- Qualified Voucher Recipients Certificate (for QVR grantees)
College
- Copy of PSA or NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Report Card / Form 137 (for incoming freshmen)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Marriage certificate for married students
- Health Certificate (Chest X-Ray)
- Entrance Exam
- Interview by the Guidance Counselor and/or College Director
Additional Requirements for Transferees
- Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials
- Informative Copy of Transcript of Records
Old Students
Those previously enrolled who seek re-enrollment shall submit their clearances and the following:
- Graduating Students: copy of curriculum with grades, report of rating of last semester, and evaluation sheet. Graduating students must file their request for evaluation with the Registrar’s Office one month before start of enrollment.
- Non-Graduating Students: copy of curriculum with grades, and last semester report of rating.
New Students/Transferees:
- Submit admission requirements for pre-evaluation assessment at the Guidance and Testing Center.
- Take the entrance examination. A satisfactory result in the test must be obtained.
- Have an interview with the Principal or her authorized representative.
- After passing the interview, proceed to the Guidance and Testing Center. Secure and fill-up the registration form
- Submit the registration form together with the requirements for assessment at the Registrar’s Office.
- Pay the enrollment and book fees at the Cashier’s office.
- Present assessment and receipt for ID picture taking at the ID Room.
- Present receipt and claim the books at the Bookstore.
Old Students
- Present previous report card at the Guidance and Testing Center and follow Admission Procedure steps number 5- 8.
A student applicant follows the registration procedures prescribed according to his student classification.
In general, however, the following procedures shall be observed:
- See the Guidance Counselor/Admission Staff for pre-admission assessment.
- Take the entrance examination at the Guidance and Testing Center.
- Proceed to the office of the Program Chair for interview and verification of submitted requirements.
- Secure and fill-up pre-assessment form at the College office.
- Submit the registration form together with the requirements at the Registrar’s office for assessment.
- Pay the enrollment fees at the Cashier’s office.
- Present assessment and receipt for ID picture taking at the ID Room. Computerized registration form will be printed and handed to the student.
- Present previous class cards (grades report) to the Program Chair and follow Admission Procedure steps number 4 – 7.
For SY 2024-2025, classes from K-10 will officially start on August 5, 2024, while Senior High School and College classes will start on August 12, 2024.
In order to officially enroll, a non-refundable downpayment must be paid. The amount varies by level:
Kinder to Grade 10 – ₱3,500
Senior High w/0 Voucher – ₱2,500
Senior High with Voucher – ₱500
College – ₱1,700
K-12 Students has a fixed schedule of fees for Cash, Semi-Annual, Quarterly or Monthly Options.
College enrollees will receive a 10% discount on tuition fees if they pay in cash.

For K-10 students, TFVC is implementing a Flexible E-Learning Program, which is a combination of Synchronous (Online sessions via Zoom and/or Google Meet), and Asynchronous Online Learning (activities are accessed in Google Classroom).
Each student will also use a personalized adaptive curriculum namely:
- MobyMax (K-G8 Students)
- Edmentum (G9-G10 Students)
Senior High School and College students will be using a Learning Management System, which can be any or a combination of the following:
- G Suite (Google Classroom)
- Moodle
- Canvas
As the the quarantine is still in effect (GCQ or ECQ), graduation ceremonies for Senior HS and college graduates are still postponed to an indefinite date. However, students may already apply for Certificate of Graduation for employment purposes.
